Return & Exchange Policy

1. Conditions for Return or Exchange

Customers are advised to check the product condition upon delivery and may request an exchange or return at the time of receipt in the following cases:

  • The product is incorrect in type or model compared to the order placed or differs from the description on our website.
  • Missing items or incomplete sets compared to the order.
  • Damaged packaging or products (e.g. torn, scratched, broken, etc.).
  • Customers are required to present relevant documentation or evidence to verify any discrepancies in order to complete the return/exchange process.

2. Notification & Product Return Timeframe

  • Notification period: Within 48 hours from the time of receipt for cases involving missing accessories, gifts, or damage.
  • Return shipping period: Within 14 days from the date of product receipt.
  • Return location: Customers may return the product directly to our office/store or send it via postal service.
